Let me start off by saying that this month’s edition of 10-ON-10 is a bit all over the place, and as usual, mainly includes those every day moments of my world. I will be frank: this pregnancy has taken it’s toll on me and I am in pain or beyond exhausted at the end of most days. While the idea behind the 10-ON-10 is to to snap 10 photos in one day, remembering to do so, or actually, wanting to pick up the camera that often just doesn’t seem feasible at the moment. I am sure that after the arrival of my poor, sweet and still nameless baby, I will be back in the routine of snapping away….having a more cooperative subject should make things easier too ;-)
So here we go:
The girl is always on the GO….and keeping up with her these days is not easy. On the bright side, she helps out a ton by picking things up off the floor for me when I cannot :)

She is beyond stubborn when it comes to certain things. For example, this gold glitter belt that she HAD.TO.HAVE. She loves to wear it, even with pajamas on some days. Gotta love her fashion sense!

Having her photo taken is just TORTURE some days. I should be arrested!

Breaking the rules! And like I said earlier, always on the go!

From a recent mini-trip to San Antonio: “Let’s thumb wrestle, the Alamo is so boring!” Honestly speaking, I was too tired to do any more walking so I agreed to a couple of games of thumb wrestle instead :)

Helping Mama tie her shoes because the belly is in the way :)

Finally…time for bed so Mama can get some rest!

Wait a minute?! Didn’t I say it was time for bed so that I can go downstairs and catch up on the most recent episode of Real Housewives some work?

Seriously, I will be honest and say that bedtime can at times be frustrating. I have only been a SAHM for a few months, but I can now relate to those other Moms that ask for those few minutes of “me” time, especially at the end of a long day. There are days when all I want is for her to go to sleep so I can enjoy that “me” time, but then I remind myself that she will not always be this little, and those nights of crying for her Mama will soon be few and far in between….so then I stick around for one more kiss goodnight, one more hug, one more sip of water, one more trip to the potty, and so on, and so on.
